Here are today’s Mt Clarence Cross-Country Results. Well done to all who tackled this beautiful trail. We had a little sudden course change where we got to run through the ANZAC Cannons which everyone seemed to enjoy. (This will have to happen again for the remainder of events at Mt Clarence this year). No one got lost!!! (YAY) … a BIG thanks to Basil, Keith & Steph for your awesome flags and arrows. But we had a couple of falls, nothing serious. You gotta watch out for this moving tree stumps hey!!. See you next week on “THE MOUNT”
What a day of Cross-Country we have had at our second round at Granite Heights. We had nearly 50 awesome cross-country runners and walkers hit the Gull Rock National Park trail. With a slight drizzle during the morning that made it even more fun. I huge well done to all that took part today. Today we also hosted the “18.8km Fry’s Super Goat”, with 10 long distant runners tackling the famous “Goat Hill”.
We have 1 more round here at Granite Heights, then we move onto Mt Clarence for 3 weeks.

Here are the timing results for our first event at Granite Heights – 2k, 4K and Mountain Goat X Country. Strangely, no 6K runners showed up – where were you all? Bit too hot for you, was it?! By all accounts, the course is phenomenally dry, so fast times are out there for the taking, unencumbered by scuba gear.
